25 Year Product Warranty

Trade Select® warrants the product listed above is manufactured and supplied free of material defects and is guaranteed for use for a period of twenty-five years, provided that the product:

1)	is used and installed in accordance with our installation instructions and the relevant Australian Standards;
2)	is not physically disturbed or damaged;
3)	is installed in a building with appropriate permeability design for moisture management;
4)	is installed in a building where the maximum exposure to the elements has been no longer than 30 days;
5)	prior to installation, application or use, is stored at room temperature in a dry location, is protected from UV exposure, and is not allowed to be waterlogged or otherwise exposed to continuous water contact; and
6)	after installation, application or use, is kept in an environment protected from the elements and is not allowed to be waterlogged or otherwise exposed to continuous water contact.

To make a claim under this Warranty, a consumer must submit, within 25 years of purchase, to Trade Select®:

1)	proof of purchase;
2)	description of non-conformance with this Warranty;
3)	a copy of this Warranty; and
4)	any other information reasonably requested by Trade Select® (such as photographs or samples of the product), and reasonably cooperate with any investigation by Trade Select®, for the purposes of assessing the Warranty claim.

 

Trade Select® will act reasonably in assessing all Warranty claims, but reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the interpretation and application of, and compliance with, the Warranty conditions.

By receiving our products, you agree that, subject to section 64A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), our liability is limited to, at Trade Select's option, the supply of replacement product of substantially similar performance and specifications, the repair of the product, or payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the product. This warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies of the customer under law.
